Your tasks: Strategic and disciplined management of three outpatient care centres, day care and comfort KPI monitoring, quality assurance and control of care areas Analysis and optimization of existing processes (e.g. tour planning, customer acquisition, internal processes) Economic control: Key figures analysis, controlling and contracting Location development: Identification and construction of new sites (including cost-effectiveness assessment, contract design, conception) Participation in the development of new offers and care models Directly subordinated to the Regional Board and professional support by the department management in the Landesverband Bayern

Complete studies of business management or in the field of care, health or social management or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in strategic and analytical tasks in care or an adjacent social area Ability to evaluate and improve the conceptual development of existing structures and nursing processes from an economic perspective Experience in cross-site control Joy of systemic planning, research tasks, numerical calculations and project management High-communication, structuring, esteeming in style
