Artificial intelligence is the future and key technology and enables us to solve the challenges of the next decades. Only if the German economy creates a leading position in value added in the AI sector can it maintain its competitiveness and actively shape sustainable and ethical values. Through cooperation in the ecosystem, this transformation is achieved through the pooling of resources. IPAI wants to represent this platform. We advance the value added in the field of AI, network application and transformation partners and create common use cases. For this we build the place where ideas can be rethinked, tried and learned. All with the aim of developing new business ideas and models through AI solutions, based on the foundations of sustainability, digital responsibility and European sovereignty. You are responsible for the content design, planning, implementation and refurbishment of a wide range of IPAI events: from appearances at trade fairs, conferences, congresses or IPAI events at our premises around our IPAI SPACES and the resulting IPAI CAMPUS You develop new, surprising and target-group-oriented event formats in the AI context for IPAI and are in close contact with the IPAI community As an event scout, you position IPAI at the relevant national and international events You control the involved project participants (internal and external), you are responsible for the project progress and control milestone planning and operational project management

You have a degree in the field of media, project management, event management or comparable training You have several years of experience in event management and have managed projects in full responsibility, in particular with a focus on innovation and technology You are creative, have fun developing new concepts and enjoy working independently, but also sharing yourself in the team You burn for the topic AI and have a sense of creative communication formats around the topic of transformation and innovation You bring a pronounced “Macher-Profile” with you and a structured and independent way of working distinguish you in particular You communicate directly and at the point in German and English and can bring your distinct communication skills with different stakeholders
