Global control of external damage service providers (Delegated Claims Authorities) and Vendors across all Lines of Business – in close coordination with the international business units and internal intersections Development of global end-to-end processes in service provider management – from onboarding to mon­toring and audits to offboarding Introduction and control of a global onboarding and audit framework and offboarding processes Introduction and optimization of KPIs, processes and tools for effective control and quality control of external service providers and vendors Further development of damage reporting by modern analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) and digi­tal and AI-based solutions Ensuring future-oriented, efficient and harmonized damage management in the Motor (international) division by developing a global target Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders: to implement, develop and harmonise the global damage strategy

Completed studies of the business economy or comparable quality with multiannual experience in damage management and the control of external service providers, ideally in the international context Knowledge of damage processing, preferred in the engine division and other composites Detectable experience in the development and implementation of control processes, audits and performance monitoring Safe handling of digital tools and data analysis (e.g. Power BI); Characteristics in AI-assisted solutions of advantage Experience with agile frameworks (e.g. OKR) and embossed moderation and presentation skills Imprinted properties, high self-sufficiency and structured self-sufficiency German and English skills (min.
