Design and development of topics in the field of industrial and energy infrastructure consulting (Cost & Value Advisory, Decarbonisation & Support Logistics, Digital Project Setup) Building and developing customer relationships – from initial contact to long-term strategic partnership Leadership and development of interdisciplinary teams, including delegation of work packages and coaching of younger colleagues Control of complex consulting and implementation projects, including budget, time and quality responsibility Presentation and discussion of analysis results, strategies and business cases at decision-making and board level Detection of market potential and development of scalable consulting services

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, process engineering, energy/environmental technology, mechanical engineering, business management or comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience, of which at least 5 years in consultation Detectable experience in leadership of teams and building new topics or business units Funded economic and technical understanding, ideally in energy-intensive industries or infrastructure projects Impressed communication and negotiation strength at decision level Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to develop market and customer potential strategically
