You have successfully completed a study of economic psychology / psychology or adult education; as an alternative, a comparable conclusion You have first professional experience in personnel development You have experience in project management Training in systemic organizational consulting or coaching training is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary They work structured, independent and reliable They are open to new ideas and look at the edge of the plate They are a team player and value a positive working atmosphere
