Our customers primarily include hotel operators as well as the housing and social economy, but also companies and facilities from other industries as well as home owners are supervised by us.

You take over the competent care of our customers and customers around photovoltaic and BHKW solutions and accompany them from the first contact to the successful implementation. You work closely with internal teams as well as the external service and ensure smooth running along the entire distribution process in the field of renewable energies. Your tasks include: Customer advice on photovoltaic and BHKW solutions in internal distribution Processing requests via phone, email and digital channels Qualification and tracking of leads in the CRM system Creation and tracking of offers for PV and BHKW projects Coordination with external services, technology and project planning Coordination of appointments, order processes and project transfers Customer support along the entire sales process Support for sales in operational daily business

You have completed commercial or technical training – ideally related to the energy or electrical industry. You bring first experience in the sales service or in a comparable position with customer contact. You are passionate about topics such as photovoltaics and BHKW and are ready to work deep into our products. You convince by a safe occurrence, self-initiative and a structured and reliable way of working. You are sure to deal with MS Office; Experiences with CRM systems are advantageous. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
