Call Center Agent (m/w/d)

Location: Grimma Type of employment: shift, full-time Working hours: 7 - 9 hours per day

Selling description: For our customers in the banking industry in Leipzig we are now looking for several Call Center Agents (m/w/d)

The tasks include:

• Outbound > Conducting consulting and informative sales talks with the aim of the appointment agreement for existing customers from all over Germany
• Inbound > Processes of phone banking
• Fun in sales talks and a pronounced service and customer orientation
• Certain, structured and targeted working methods
• Distinguished and expressive in the crawling and oral communication (very good German)
• Working time frame by shift plan: Monday - Friday between 07:[for phone number see the original ad]:00, Saturday/Sunday/Feiertag between 08:[for phone number see the original ad]:00
• No mutt layers possible
