To strengthen our technology team, we are looking for a reliable and technically equipped ventilation system:in (m/w/d), which ensures perfect operation and optimal air quality throughout the hotel. Your main tasks include: Maintenance, maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning Monitoring, adjustment and optimisation of air-conditioning systems Analysis and correction of technical disturbances in the ongoing hotel operation Working with Reconstruction, Renovation and Modernisation Measures Coordination and support of external specialist companies documentation of the work carried out and compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards

Be distract. Completed training as a ventilation manufacturer:in, plant mechanic:in SHK, mechatronic:in for refrigeration technology or comparable qualification Professional experience in building or operating technology, ideally in hotel industry or a comparable environment Technical understanding, structured, independent and flexible working Friendly and helpful appearance to colleagues: Professional behavior and team spirit Interest in technical processes and willingness to learn
