Expert Payroll and Time Management (m/f/d)

You take over the payroll and pay bill for a defined group of employees. You are responsible for the time management and the time economy for the German companies. You work on projects and subprojects in the context of pay billing and act as a key user for the time management and access control system. You are internal and external contact persons for all questions relating to pay billing, wage tax, social security, time management and occupational pensions. You examine, evaluate and maintain personnel master, personnel movement and time management data. You carry out plausibility checks before the payment is completed and prepare certificates, evaluations and personnel statistics. You take on monthly and annual accounts and accompany external pay tax, social security and audits. You are central contact persons for all Eppendorf companies in Germany, provide time management guidelines and ensure compliance with Group-wide standards. You maintain, advise and develop the time management and access control system, including interfaces to the global HCM and German payroll system. You create reports, statistics, workflows and evaluations of the time data as well as employee IDs and control access control. You work in projects to optimize processes, system landscape and digitization in the area of payroll and time management.

You have completed a commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification or an economic study. You have well-founded and multiannual experience in payroll accounting and time management. You have very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law. You bring well-founded knowledge into a common accounting and time management system and have a high IT affinity. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel. You work structured, independent and have pronounced analytical skills, as well as good English skills.
