For a partner based in Hamburg Barmbek, we are looking for a reliable housekeeper / house technician (m/w/d) for the care of various objects in the Hamburg area

Your tasks:

• Support of various objects
• ongoing monitoring of operational capacity
• general mastery activities
• Control of escape and rescue routes
• Implementation of simple repair and repair work
• Coordination of external craftsmen

Your qualifications:

• a completed craft training
• Driving licence Kl. B mandatory
• relevant professional experience
• readiness and motivation
• Reliability and a friendly, well-kept appearance
