For the implementation of our demanding projects in engineering and bridge construction, we are looking for an experienced, high-level and visionary superstructure manager (m/w/d).

Economic Control & Controlling Budget responsibility: monitoring all project costs and ensuring the profitability of all construction projects. Subsequent management: identification of performance deviations, documentation and negotiation of additional services with the client. Costing: Participation in tender processing, work calculation and final invoice. Project coordination & appointments Date management: Creation and monitoring of frame schedules for adhering to milestones in complex engineering structures. Resource planning: coordination of the extensive use of personnel, equipment and machines between the construction sites. Subcontractors: selection, contractual binding, coordination and evaluation of specialised subcontractors. Engineering and Bridge Engineering Special procedures: with design and monitoring of demanding construction processes and concrete renovations. Quality assurance: monitoring compliance with strict quality standards, static requirements and the guidelines of steel and concrete construction. Safety of work: ensuring all legal regulations on health protection, environmental protection and safety at construction sites. Communication and leadership Guided tour: Technical and disciplined management of building ladders and polishing. Interface to the client: Central negotiation and supervision of public or private clients (e.g. Autobahn GmbH or Deutsche Bahn). Reporting: Regular reporting on project status, risks and deviations to the management.

Your profile Funded basis: You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or economic engineering (focus on construction) and ideally bring well-founded experience in engineering / bridge construction. Experience: Multiannual (min. 5–8 years) well-founded professional experience in a comparable position or as a building manager. Leadership: Detectable experience in managing project teams. Know-how: In-depth knowledge in building and contract law (VOB) as well as knowledge in the handling of engineering software Mindset: Enforcement, negotiation skills, strategic thinking and a solution-oriented way of working.
