Head of HR / Personalleiter (m/f/d)

You develop and design a modern, international HR strategy and thus contribute significantly to the future orientation of the group of companies. You control transformation and change processes to further develop the group of companies, their international locations and corporate culture. You harmonize and digitize HR processes, roles and structures within the group of companies, working closely with local HR teams and external partners. You provide central (shared) HR services for individual subsidiaries. AI solutions in the HR sector are supported and established by you and their use is supported throughout the company. You design the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting to onboarding to long-term employee retention. You are responsible for continuous management, talent management and training management. You plan and are responsible for the overall personnel cost budget, develop HR reporting further to manage the organisation and create transparency. In addition, classic operational HR tasks such as Payroll, BAV and work time design are also part of your responsibility. You run the HR division with around 25 employees at the headquarters of Ulm and take over the professional responsibility of our international HR teams within the group of companies. You report directly to the Management Board and work closely and trustfully with shareholders, executives and the Works Council.

You have a degree in human resources management, economic psychology, law or comparable studies with economic or personal economic focus. You bring multi-annual operating HR experience from a comparable large, internationally operating, producing company – ideally in mechanical engineering – and have already successfully assumed leadership responsibility. You have a well-founded knowledge of collective bargaining and labour law, pay billing and change and organisation management. You convince with their empathic, inspiring, value-oriented and open way, as well as the right level of detail and pragmatism. Through your communication strength, your negotiation skills, and your presentation capability, you will professionally stand up and convince group-oriented. You can communicate in German and English in a safe manner, occasional service trips are of course for you. Your profile is rounded off by the ability to analyse accurately as needed, a proven project management competence and decision-making pleasure as well as your situational hands-on mentality.
