Your tasks – responsible and versatile As a team leader service operations, you are a key partner for our customers in after-sales and service business. They assume both operational and strategic responsibility for the successful implementation of service operations and maintenance contracts: Customer-oriented service distribution: acquisition, supply creation and negotiation of service contracts Project and deployment planning: coordination and control of all workflows in terms of quality, time and cost Leadership & Development: Technical management and classification of service technicians and technicians including instruction and guarantee of quality and safety standards Optimization: further development of service processes, quality assurance and introduction of new service concepts Customer advice: Technical advice and support – solution-oriented, reliable and with high service quality Market observation: Identification of trends, feedback for new services and strategic business development

Your profile – this brings you Training as a technician, master or comparable qualification in plant/pipe engineering, process engineering or mechanical engineering Multiannual experience in the technical service environment – ideally in the food or beverage industry Good understanding of process engineering components (e.g. pumps, valves, heat exchangers, transducers etc.) Experience in employee management and coordination of service operations Embossed customer and service orientation as well as a structured, independent way of working Communication strength, organizational talent and willingness to further develop Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
