Completed studies in the field of economics or completed bank training in combination with further training (e.g. banking business operator) Multiannual experience in Payment Operations, Banking Operations or in the Payment Area Finded practice in dealing with payment withdrawals (e.g. returns, recalls, clarifications) Experience in managing outsourced processes (BPO, Vendor and SLA management) Strong operational control and quality control and high documentation discipline Very good analytical understanding and secure Excel knowledge of KPI and case analysis Structured, self-responsible and resilient mode of operation – including incident situations German language skills and excellent English skills
