We are looking for you, a motivated technician or engineer (m/w/d), who is distinguished not only by professional skills, but also by leadership and innovation joy. If you are ready to lead a team, master complex challenges and drive the development of processes and projects, you are right with us! Responsibility for regulatory approvals and compliance with legal requirements. Planning, maintenance and optimization of inspection and maintenance plans according to valid regulations, guidelines and technical rules in CMMS. Organisation and implementation of inspections on monitoring systems, including documentation. Coordination of authorised monitoring bodies and technical contractors. Ensuring data maintenance in CMMS, including plant/product master data and documentation of maintenance and inspection results. Analysis of faults and weaknesses and implementation of technical requirements. Leadership, guidance and qualification of employees in the area of responsibility. Management of small projects and acquisition of project subtasks or plant changes. Creating and monitoring the budget for responsibility. Participation in the readiness system and acquisition of special tasks.

Complete technical training with training as a master, technician or comparable qualification. A study of engineering is desirable. Influential professional experience in the energy sector, ideally in the oil and petrochemical industry. Experience in the coordination of maintenance and inspection projects as well as in the handling of authorities and monitoring bodies. Leadership with strong communication and enforcement capability, analytical thinking and sense of responsibility. Safe handling of MS Office and IT tools; deeper knowledge of maintenance software of advantage. Good knowledge of English is a plus.
