As a technical:r Expert:in concrete construction, you will ensure the quality and specification standards in the service. You support the teams during commissioning, operation and maintenance of our plants and coordinate technical processes in the field of concrete construction. Through close cooperation with specialist departments and precise documentation, you contribute significantly to the operational safety and quality of the buildings. The role is associated with a Germany-wide readiness to travel 50-75%. Ensure quality and specification standards in commissioning, operational operation and maintenance Coordinating and deployment plans of technical specialists:in our own team Check and release of order documentation and create standardized checklists Documenting deviations and deriving measures for continuous quality improvement Monitor regional quality developments and coordinate relevant information tuning technical requirements with central departments Support standard implementation by on-site training and audits Ensure and comply with all HSE requirements in the area of responsibility

Complete technical training in construction, concrete construction, electrical engineering or a comparable technical environment Professional experience in quality assurance, construction or service operations, ideally in the wind energy environment or comparable construction projects knowledge of production, assembly or testing processes around concrete components or hybrid constructions, or comparable Structured working, organizational talent and secure prioritization in dynamic situations Own initiative and solution-oriented, practical action Embossed safety awareness and experience in working according to HSE requirements Valid driving permit, readiness to travel and secure MS-Office and English skills
