Management of asset management personnel (multi-asset approach) Take responsibility for VV mandates and participation in the Investment Committee Preparation of tactical allocation decisions and further development of strategic asset allocation direct support of customer advisors in acquisition and VV performance talks Identification of suitable investment vehicles or products according to the specified investment guidelines internal communication as a language tube to the distribution with respect to asset management (performance, asset allocation, market updates, information packages etc.) Development of individual investment concepts for wealthy private customers, entrepreneurs, foundations and other (semi-)institutional customers Establishment and continuous management of model portfolios for the asset management strategies offered by the bank in the respective risk profiles regular coordination with the Chief Investment Office, pension and share team as well as the product managers for liquid assets Creation of customer documents, VV reports, investment suggestions, storylines etc.

Banking and/or capital market-related study programme multiannual experience in managing asset management personnel excellent product knowledge in shares, bonds and alternative investments very good knowledge of asset allocation and investment risk strong communication skills and fun at customer contact Self-Starter with high intrinsic motivation to meet issues related to asset management and customers directly and independently Enthusiasm for capital market topics
