Event and project management: They organize regional trade fairs, congresses and customer events – from planning to successful implementation, including development of stand concepts, appointment monitoring, communication measures and project documentation. Event concepts & communication: They develop creative event concepts and control communication measures such as social media and promotion. Event implementation & trade fair construction: They support the support of trade fair stands and customers during the events, take into account technical requirements, control stand implementation, and accompany lead acquisition. Interface and external partners: They work closely with sales and marketing, support local teams in questions and control agencies as well as service providers. Analysis: You evaluate event success using KPIs and develop strategic improvements for future events.

Completed studies in economics or communication sciences, marketing, or comparable qualifications Professional experience in event management or corresponding agency experience as well as cross-media communication know-how Experience in project management of events in the B2B environment and in the control of external service providers German and English skills readiness to travel and readiness to punctual peak working phases
