Control the targeted implementation of approved changes Coordination of local production support teams on the part of development and ensuring participation in production-relevant meetings on the part of development Cooperation with technical configuration management to implement changes according to their urgency Close cooperation with the Production Support Team Wheeled for uniform processes and methods and efficient use of resources Support in the classification of the severity of manufacturing problems according to process guidelines Participation in Change Review Board and Change Implementation Board as a Development Representative Regular coordination meetings with the executive core engineering areas Regular reporting of the current problem and change status Necessary escalation of critical topics at team and department level

Successfully completed studies in systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or aerospace Multiannual professional experience as Systems Engineer Very good English skills in word and writing Experience in production environment and production support Self-employed and structured working with a high self-initiative Very good two-way communication as a team member and leadership Wide technical knowledge and sound technical judgment Standing for occasional missions
