You are responsible for the organisation and handling of all national and international customer returns and complaints in EMEA In doing so, administrative activities are carried out to ensure the achievement of the defined departmental objectives by: You create project plans, distribute task packages and plan, track and monitor project dates and milestones You work on project-relevant documents such as risk analyses, status reports and session logs You support the preparation and preparation of evaluations, statistics and presentations and maintain work instructions as well as training documents You help to optimize processes and develop improvements
