To strengthen our team we are looking for Head of ILS – Focus on ASD S2000M and S3000L (m/w/d) Head of Replacement Logistics / Logistic Support Analysis Management in full time for our site Wangen in Allgäu or Koblenz

WOMAN FOR WE SUCHEN:

You take over the disciplined leadership of the department within the matrix organization. Together with the management, You develop the strategic orientation of the business unit. You create the quantitative and qualitative planning of personnel needs. You provide resources for the project clusters. The further development of the department (processes, tools and quality) is your responsibility. Successful onboarding is no coincidence: you plan, organize and control the onboarding process. If necessary, you will provide technical support for the cluster managers. In cooperation with HR, you will continue to build your team.

IHR PROFIL:

They're at least. 3-5 years of experience in the lead role as a motivator, role model, team player and organizer. Empathy, respectful handling and communication at eye level with your team are a matter of heart for you. You trade with your team professionally. This requires expertise in ASD S2000M and ASD S3000L (or alternative LSA standards). You bring a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree (e.g. in BWL or Technology). Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are provided. Success and fun at work drive you on.
