You make sure that our seminars and further trainings are organised and conducted smoothly and thus contribute significantly to the success of our Academy.

You are the contact person for our students and advise them by phone with the help of our seminar management software You coordinate purchasing and cooperation with suppliers and service providers You take responsibility for the IT and technology requirements of our Academy You conduct the accounting for the Academy with the focus on the accounting of creditor and debitor accounts in SAP You support the academy management in administrative tasks and spatial planning

You have a completed commercial training, preferably as a merchant/wife for office management or as an industrial businessman/wife You have profound knowledge of accounting, ideally also in SAP accounting You control the common office programs safely and efficiently You draw your attention through strong organizational skills and good communication skills You are customer-oriented, friendly and have a high level of service
