Senior Performance Marketing Manager – DACH Region (m/f/d)

You take full responsibility for our performance marketing channels in the DACH region from strategy to implementation You develop campaigns that not only run, but really perform and deliver leads You continuously opt along clear KPIs and know exactly what levers make the difference You work closely with sales, content and product management and make sure everyone pulls on a string You control agencies and partners at eye level: demanding, fair and clear focus on results You actively contribute your ideas and shape our performance strategy for the DACH region

You have at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing and feel at home in the multichannel environment Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta & Co. are not tools for you, but real growth levers You have a good feeling for campaigns, but don't rely on the guts alone. Numbers, data and KPIs give you the direction. You combine hand-on mentality with strategic view You don't need to know everything yourself, but you know exactly who you need to involve to achieve the best results. You work independently, think entrepreneurially and make things proactive. And you can safely move in the international environment – also in English
