e.V. is a non-profit organization for promoting the social and professional participation of people in Pforzheim and the Enzkreis. With more than 700 dedicated employees and honorary staff, we have been supporting people in the fields of youth social work, early and accompanying help, migration and people with disabilities since 1986. The volunteer agency FRAG Pforzheim | Enzkreis is responsible for the promotion and mediation of volunteers.

Our team of school social work is active at various schools throughout the encirclement. For the school at Winterrain (SBBZ) in Ispringen, we are looking for an enthusiastic social worker (m/w/d) full-time or part-time as part of a follow-up scheme. The focus is on working with children and adolescents with the help of the mental development.

• Consultation and support of different stakeholders
• Individual case assistance, class projects, prevention work and social training for groups
• Confidential cooperation with school management, teachers, parents and external cooperation partners
• Promoting and networking school and social space
• customizing methods and content to students
• individual approach planning for individual concerns

• A successfully completed study in the field of Social Work (B.A.)
• Professional experience in school social work or in pedagogical work with children and adolescents is advantageous, but not condition
• Experience with people with restrictions would be desirable
• Embossed communication skills, cooperation and motivation
• Own responsibility and independent working
• An open, winning being and real pleasure in working with children and young people
• Class B licence desirable
