analyse and optimize EUV sources for high-precision metrology systems and manage technical coordination, definition of project objectives, structuring and monitoring plans

They analyse and understand physical principles, evaluate them in the system context as well as with regard to the optimization potential and supervise the development in the internal project team and/or with external partners from the concept (“proof of principle”) via prototypes to the series

They translate the results and solutions of the sub-system(s) into a technical overall concept and coordinate their structure and performance within the teams and with management

They ensure overall functionality and feasibility (including, inter alia, supplier selection, integration, testing, transport, conformity) over the entire life cycle

Planning and implementation of the test, as well as creating a meaningful documentation

Ensure coordination with interfaces such as electronics, mechanics, purchasing, logistics, operations, product management, software, etc.

Support product development through own patent work, and identify requirements and solutions for the technology roadmap for EUV sources

a successfully completed university degree in the scientific and technical field with focus on optics/optoelectronics/system technology (promotion of advantage)

a great passion for precision measurement technology, ideally good knowledge in the field of EUV sources and multiannual experience in project management / lateral guidance and system engineering

a high degree of autonomy, an innovative and structured way of working, and the ability to prepare and present complex facts clearly and structuredly
