Head of Project Management and Installation (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of project managers and employees in project management and ensure that demanding projects are implemented economically, on time and in high quality. Leadership, control and further development of the project team Responsibility for ongoing projects with regard to costs, dates and quality Accompanying the projects up to the construction site and monitoring the installation progress Ensuring professional installation and assembly Early detection of risks and deviations and the introduction of appropriate measures Coordination of internal interfaces, customers and subcontractors Responsibility for follow-up management, agreement and technical clarifications Further development and optimization of the project and processing processes

You have technical or commercial training, ideally complemented by a degree in engineering or a comparable further education. Multiannual experience in technical project management and ideally in the management of construction projects Leadership experience with employees or project teams Practical and understanding of construction sites, assembly and project processes Good knowledge of project management and understanding of cost, contract and project processes Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial work Communication strength, enforcement capacity and willingness to take responsibility German and good knowledge of English More important than the perfect tapping of all requirements is your personality: You lead bindingly and at eye level, take responsibility and have the pleasure of successfully bringing challenging projects together with your team.
