Consultants (m/w/d) Private Customers(S2026-04/B7) What tasks do you expect? You implement existing training/coaching concepts in stationary and digital consulting for private and individual customer advisors. You derive the necessary training needs from the strategic and operational requirements of the savings banks and joint ventures. You develop demand-oriented qualification concepts for the private and individual customer business and assume the technical responsibility for this. You accompany the participants professionally in their change and development process. You work with sixteen colleagues and the leadership of the area trustfully and cooperatively to ensure an integrative and efficient approach. In addition, you work with non-official and freelance cooperation partners. With this profile you will be sure to point out: you can inspire yourself in the development and support of employees in the individual/private customer business. You bring a positive attitude towards sales in the Sparkassen financial group and can demonstrate their own above-average sales success in the care of private and/or individual customers. The integration of digital media in customer consulting is obvious to you. You have a qualified and recognized training as a trainer with implementation experiences in presence formats and with digital learning media. You have successfully completed the completion of the Sparkassenbetriebswirt/in with the focus on individual customer business, Bachelor of Arts, specialization sales of the HFM or a comparable training. You can conceptually prepare and convey challenging facts. You want to work in a performance-oriented manner and to contribute to the support of the savings banks and partners within the framework of the service philosophy of the Sparkassenakademie Bayern. With regard to the location of use within Bavaria, combined with the necessary travel activity and the time commitment, you are flexible. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least language level C1) complete your profile.
