You guide your transport department with the areas of MRP and Administration and continuously develop the Charter & Line area, taking into account the economy This includes controlling the workflow as well as coordinating holiday planning for your employees You continuously develop your area by developing action plans to improve structures based on statistics and implementing them in consultation with your branch management You continuously analyze the costs and quality “Service Excellence” key figures of your area and implement necessary measures to meet targets Proactively analyze the individual processes, carry out continuous improvement measures and ensure the further development of your area You analyze the monthly result and bear the sales and earnings responsibility for your area, and you report directly to the branch management

You have completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or can demonstrate a further education / studies in the field of transport and logistics In the disposition within a forwarding, you already have a well-founded experience and know yourself in partial and complete loads as well as collective goods traffic You should already have leadership experience and understand how to motivate your team To your strengths, you count good communication skills, enforcing ability as well as a high level of service orientation and self-motivation Good knowledge of English complete your profile
