Dual study programme in Business Administration from 01.09.2027

We are a family company in Bonn and have been active in the energy market for over 140 years. What is important to us? Personally and trustfully work together – with our customers, but especially in our team! We supply many people with classic heat products such as natural gas or fuel oil, but also with electricity, e-mobility or PV and storage solutions. Companies will also be joined with heat, electricity, power and lubricants or can create a CO2 balance with us. That sounds like a lot? True, and we continue to develop, because the energy industry is changing. And in order to master the challenges and exciting projects arising therefrom, we are looking for people like you who want to actively shape our offer for the future.

Structure of your studies You will complete the theoretical part of your studies at our partner university, the University of Economics & Management (FOM) in Bonn or Cologne. On two days a week you will visit lectures, the remaining three days you will gather valuable practical experience directly with us in the company. Your dual study takes a total of 7 semesters (3.5 years) and optimally combines theory and practice. Our rotation program gives you exciting insights into different business areas. You will learn more about our service and sales world and work actively in the daily business. You take responsibility early and implement your own projects in which you can contribute your know-how and ideas. You process orders independently and use modern digital tools and communication platforms. In regular exchange with other Studzubis, you benefit from a strong network and shared experience. From the start, you are a full-fledged team member, participate in meetings and actively shape processes. Your ideas are in demand: We look forward to new perspectives and fresh input from you.

You have your (special) abitur in your pocket or stand shortly before you finish. Economy, trade and business processes can be found exciting. You are communicative, service-oriented and like to go to people. You bring your own initiative and motivate tasks. Teamwork is fun, you work independently at the same time. You use digital applications, of course, and MS Office is not strange to you. You want to grow, learn new things and actively shape them. .
