Your tasks:

• Optimisation existing NC programs with regard to Quality, cost-effectiveness and process safety
• Programming and adaptation of CNC milling and turning processes using modern CAD/CAM systems
• Support for Continuation and improvement of manufacturing processes
• Close coordination with Construction and production to ensure efficient processes
• Selection and design of suitable tools, clamping devices and devices
• Testing of technical drawings and 3D models including production simulations and collision control
• Analysis of Quality deviations and documentation and transmission of process or software errors

That's what you bring:

• Completed training as machining mechanic(w/d/m), CNC (w/m/d) or similar qualifications
• Multiannual experience in the field of cutting and CNC machining
• Very good knowledge of manufacturing technically demanding precision components
• Practical knowledge in handling 3D-CAD/CAM systems, ideally OPUS
• Safe handling of NC programs and CNC controls
• Basic knowledge of CAD applications
• First experience in conversion with SAP P90 of advantage
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
