Technician in energy management

You take over this with energy monitoring and consumption analysis by determining and evaluating key figures and consumption values. After your own building visits to state analysis, you will take the energetic assessment of buildings and facilities. You are proactive in energy controlling and reporting, check compliance with legal and normative requirements and establish plant monitoring systems. With your technical knowledge and business knowledge, you plan organizational, structural and technical energy efficiency measures, coordinate their implementation and evaluate them regularly after coordination in the team and in the management levels. You are working closely with internal and external actors: inside the divisions Baumanagement II and Technik; the areas of spatial management and area management, object users:inside and external service providers.

Completed training as a state-tested technician:in/Bachelor Professional in a relevant field such as building or engineering, electrical or climate technology or comparable or equivalent skills and experience Experience in the analysis of energy consumption data and energy optimization Knowledge and many years of experience in the fields of building and supply technology (HKLS, GLT, EMSR), energy production, distribution and consumption, as well as in the laws and regulations underlying it Good IT skills, ideally experience with building control and energy management systems Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements (e.g. EnSimiMaV, DIN and VDE regulations) Discipline, accuracy and a high degree of commitment Cost- and environmental-conscious thinking Structured, independent working, analytical thinking and technical confession, team skills and service-oriented appearance, willingness to further develop and affinity for sustainable energy solutions Do you hesitate because you do not meet any of our requirements?
