Your duties • Continuous monitoring: monitoring of vital parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate, breathing and oxygen saturation. • Early detection of complications: recognition and response to changes in the condition of the patient, e.g. breathing, circulatory disorders or other critical changes. • basic care: support in body care, mobilization and nutrition. • wound management: care and care of postoperative wounds, association changes and treatment of pressure ulcers. • Medication: administration of medicines by medical arrangement, e.g. infusions, painkillers or antibiotics. • Monitoring the therapy: observing the effect of drugs and therapy forms as well as the documentation of side effects or reactions. • Interdisciplinary cooperation: close cooperation with doctors, physiotherapists, ergotherapists and other professionals to ensure holistic patient care. • Documentation: Careful documentation of all nursing measures and observations to ensure continuous care. • Postoperative care: monitoring and care of patients after surgical interventions, especially in the case of more complex interventions or, for example, patients by cardiac catheter procedures. • Beatmungsmanagement: care of patients who do not need to be invasively beaten. • Family care: support of the relatives, information about the condition of the patient and support in difficult times. • Psychic support: providing emotional support for patients who are in a transition phase between intensive and normal-stationary care.

Your profile Senior Consultant (m/w/d) • IMC qualification or experience desired in the IMC area • High sense of responsibility • Very good communication skills in interdisciplinary exchange • high level of motivation, willingness to learn and technical understanding
