Factory Controller (m/f/d)

As an interface to the headquarters in the Helu Group, you support the factory management and production at the Windsbach site in the case of business questions. As part of the company-wide Operations Review Meeting, you will be actively involved and contribute your expertise. Hours and supplements are determined by you and you provide operating bills for the business billing. In cooperation with the costing and value analysis, you will be able to answer the analysis of product costs. By identifying potentials for increasing productivity, you will jointly implement measures for process optimization and cost efficiency with the specialist areas. Create and evaluate concepts for increasing efficiency on your own. Last but not least, maintain and develop the existing control tools as well as standard reporting.

You have a completed economic knowledge study with a focus on controlling or purchasing and production, respectively. a comparable training. You will be able to contribute to a well-founded professional experience in the factory and production controlling of an industrial enterprise. MS Office is sure to know you very well, especially with Excel. ERP systems, ideally SAP FI / CO and PP, are safe to use in your working day. You have first practical experience with BI tools and apply them safely. Good knowledge of English in word and writing will facilitate international cooperation. You communicate clearly, bindingly and convincingly – and create people for your ideas to win and actively integrate.
