Building and expanding the digital presence of the association Operational and strategic direction of the office of the Cologne Bar Association Membership Support and advice of the Executive Board in the work of the Association and strategic development Implementation of the decisions of the bodies and preparation of board meetings and general meetings Responsibility for the commercial management of the association including participation in budget planning and controlling Management and further development of employees of the office Support and development of the membership offers and the event and training programme Representation of the association alongside the Chairman of the Board of Management to members, justice, politics, chambers, authorities, media and other institutions Observation of legal developments and support for opinions and position papers for the Executive Board Control of internal and external communication including public relations and digital media Further development of processes, digitization projects and services

Successfully completed university studies in law Professional starters: Approval to the (Syndikus-)legal attorney's office is welcomed Teamability in a modern, flat hierarchy structure Extensive understanding of the representation of interests of professional groups and the work of voluntary bodies Strategic thinking as well as strong organizational competence High communication and negotiation security and sovereign appearance Ability to combine different interests and develop sustainable solutions Own initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to design
