Our customer is one of the largest employers in Mülheim and is one of the world's leading industrial companies in power plant construction. We are now looking for a 5 S / Lean Manager / Coordinator (m/w/d) for the logistics sector with industry surcharges according to IG-metal/electrical agreement.

Planning and implementation of 5S audits in logistical areas Assessment of the degree of implementation of existing 5S standards Identification of weaknesses in order, cleanliness and processes Documentation, action planning and consistent follow-up Development and standardisation of practical solutions Designing storage structures, markings and shopfloor standards Creation of comprehensible checklists and working standards Close cooperation with executives incl. Escalation as needed Implementation of training and workshops in the operational environment Support in the sustainable anchoring of 5S and CVP processes

You have a successfully completed business studies or are an engineer (m/w/d) | Bachelor Sc. | Eng. (m/w/d) from the field of production, logistics or mechanical engineering or have a comparable professional degree. Founded lean knowledge (in particular 5S, Kaizen) with practical implementation experience Embossed hand-on mentality and high transposition strength Enforcement, Responsibility and Pragmatism Multiannual experience in logistics, warehouse, production or internal transport Ability to establish and request standards binding Strong communication and moderation capabilities in the operational environment Structured, solution-oriented operation with focus on feasibility Experience in parallel taxation and follow-up of measures Basic knowledge of safety at work, warehouses and transport Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Clearly operational and implementation oriented Own active participation in the implementation of 5S measures (e.g. restructuring, labelling, regulatory systems) High share of activities directly on the surface Possibility
