Installation, updating and configuration of existing IT infrastructure and communications systems Support for servers, clients, mobile terminals, networks and server, network and cloud solutions Analysis, optimization and further development of the network and security infrastructure Configuration and maintenance of Veeam backup solutions Monitoring and ensuring trouble-free operation of IT systems Participation in the creation and updating of security policies and in the creation and maintenance of emergency plans and technical system documentation Support for the integration of new applications and technologies into the existing system landscape First and second level support as well as hardware and software support including problem analysis and troubleshooting Participation in the design, realization and introduction of new IT systems

Successfully completed training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist system integration) or a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Funded knowledge in building and functioning of networks Reliable professional experience in the areas of network technologies and network security of leading manufacturers (e.g. firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, routers and switches) Safe handling of Microsoft server operating systems, Active Directory, Group policies and current Windows client operating systems Professional experience in the field of virtualization and with Veeam backup solutions – Impressed interest and enthusiasm for new technologies High self-initiative and a structured, solution-oriented approach Embossed communication and team skills as well as service-oriented appearance Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
