System operation & lifecycle management You administrate and attend our SAP Public Cloud landscape including release and change management. You monitor system availability and performance and deal with incident and problem management. You ensure a stable, safe and performant operation.
Permission management You are responsible for user and role management – including license optimization. You develop our authorization concepts and implement them sustainably. You work in the environment Identity & Access Management (IAS/IPS).
Integration management You enter and monitor our integration scenarios. You connect external systems via APIs within the SAP Business Technology Platform. You support the further development of our interface landscape.
Projects & Development You actively participate in the continuous optimization of our cloud processes. You document system landscape and operating processes structured and comprehensible. You will advise our technical areas on SAP Cloud.
Complete study of computer science, business information technology or comparable training Experience in supporting SAP cloud environments Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Understanding cloud architectures, SaaS models and integration scenarios Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAS/IPS) Knowledge of interface technologies such as API, OData or CPI are advantageous Structured and solution-oriented operation Very good German knowledge
