As Senior Consultant / Manager (m/w/d) for Sustainability, you take responsibility for advising sustainability reporting according to CSRD, ESRS and EU-Taxonomy. You take over the project management of our sustainability projects with our clients. You are actively involved in carrying out workshops, for example, where the dual materiality analysis is carried out. The design of webinars and lectures is also part of your task. In addition, you are part of the team, which with decision-makers in the health and social economy drives goals and strategies for sustainable transformation and optimally accompanies our clients. In addition, you support us in developing our products and consulting approaches and attracting new customers in topics of sustainability.

A successfully completed Master's degree in economics, BWL or management, ideally focusing on sustainability. Multiannual relevant professional experience in a comparable position. Affinity and experience with common frameworks of sustainability (DNK, CSRD; ESRS, EU-Taxonomy). Interest to develop individual solutions for clients in the health and social economy. Project management experiences, affinity for analytical but also for innovative tasks. Entrepreneurial thinking, good communication skills, a convincing and winning appearance and fun on new topics.
