You represent the Head of Division Discipline leadership, promotion and motivation of employees in the team Spring guide in the process ''Kreditanalyse'' Participation in compliance with regulatory requirements for credit analysis and their process implementation Active cooperation in projects Control of cooperation with other areas in the house and our partners Individually responsible processing of all activities in the context of credit analysis in conjunction with regulatory requirements Risk-oriented credit assessment of natural, independent and legal persons using balance sheet analysis/criticism including the use of the Ebil programme Creation of the standard and real estate business rating Ensuring and documentation of the ongoing disclosure of the economic conditions according to § 18 KWG Support of the reporting system as part of the AnaCredit notification to the Deutsche Bundesbank

Economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the relevant field First leadership experience or sound qualification for a leadership position Embossed communication capability in word and writing and binding occurrence Analytical and predictive thinking in complex situations Willingness to proactive and targeted design of new and unknown topics Team skills Flexibility and commitment
