As a specialist for continuous improvement, you will be active at our FRA7 site. You will support the site team to advance the Lean culture on site. This includes the implementation of Peer-to-Peer training and the training of Lean Principles for all local employees, including the support of Area Managers in the promotion of Lean culture, the use and promotion of FC Lean tools, and the implementation of Gembas, 5S campaigns, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS • Completion of an accredited institution • 6 sigma green belt certification or higher. • Change management or comparable certificate. • Proven experience in conducting projects for continuous improvement and implementation of changes in complex environments • Proven experience in people and stakeholders management and the ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders. • Advanced knowledge of English in Word and Writing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 6 Sigma Black Belt certification or higher. • High competence in the use of data and the implementation of statistical analyses in projects. • Funded technical knowledge in at least one filling center process. • Relevant experience in dealing with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. • Confidence with the use of current FC tools for continuous improvement • Advanced knowledge of Arabic/German language m/w/d
