F&B Assistant Pre-Opening (m/f/d)

You keep the store running – behind the scenes, on the surface, with overview, attitude and real host energy. Together with the F&B Manager, you will ensure that our outlets not only work, but also shine: bar, restaurant, room service, events – you are right in the middle of the desk. You coordinate the process in all R&B areas You are the link between teams, for clear communication and the necessary flow You take care of missions, schedules, day briefings and know where it's burning before it smokes You support storage, inventory and cost control You pay attention to quality, hygiene and the famous Roomers standard You are present for guests, colleagues, spontaneous solutions and permanent impressions You bring fresh ideas, put impulses and help to raise the F&B experience to the next level

You have completed an education or study in the hospitality sector You bring experience from restaurant, hotel or bar – also with an event fan You think, before and on – even if it gets loud, full or unpredictable You can lead, communicate and organize – and all this with style You understand numbers, people and situations and bring them together You want a dynamic environment, responsibility and a team that doesn't stand still You speak fluent German and English, each other language is a beautiful bonus
