Responsible support of a defined working group including onboarding, BEM support, disciplinary measures and all administrative personnel processes. Professional cooperation with the works council including the creation and negotiation of operating agreements and regulatory agreements. Implementation of legal, collective and operational innovations and dissemination of relevant knowledge within the HR department. Compilation of statistics, evaluations and key figures for personnel management as well as specialist and executives. Accompanying change and organisation projects in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders. Acquisition of special topics and project tasks where you contribute your expertise.

You have at least five years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in holistic human resources management. You will have a completed university degree (BWL, Personnel, Labour Law, etc.) or a commercial training with further education to/from the Personnel Professional / Personnel Professional. You have profound knowledge of individual and collective labour law. Ideally, you have experience in constructive cooperation with employee representatives. Personally, you are convinced by communicative strength, diplomatic sensitivity, sovereign appearance and pronounced service orientation. Regular trips to Leipzig to our second office location are of course for you – the use of our train is also natural for you.
