Our client is one of the leading providers of shopping centers in Europe and is responsible for the development and operation of high-quality commercial properties. At the Ludwigsburg site, the company takes over the technical and infrastructural support of a modern shopping center, focusing on high quality standards, sustainable building technology and professional operations.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a technical manager (m/w/d) who is responsible for the technical operation of the center, leading a well-established team and actively shaping the further development of the technical infrastructure.

Responsibility for the safe and economical operation of the technical building equipment of a shopping center Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of home technology and administration Planning, control and controlling of maintenance, maintenance and investment measures including budget responsibility Head of technical projects, e.g. modernizations, reconstructions or energy and sustainability measures Contact for tenants, authorities, service providers and project partners in all technical questions

Study in the field of facility management, building technology, engineering or further education Technicians Multiannual professional experience in technical building management, facility management or construction First leadership experience and joy in developing employees and taking responsibility Organizational, economic thinking and a pragmatic hands-on mentality Safe occurrence and communication strength in handling internal and external contact persons
