development of the funding programme at national level technical advice and cooperation with beneficiaries, project promoters, the Ministry of Industry and other institutions Conception, organisation and implementation of regional and central events Organisation, preparation and participation in committee meetings Compilation of reports, brochures, evaluations, documentation and opinions in the context of early aid internal and external transfer of findings from the projects

Diploma or bachelor's degree in the advanced non-technical service (Public Management, Pension Insurance, General Finance), Social Work, Social Education, Social Economy or a comparable degree Knowledge of child and youth assistance law (SGB VIII) Interested in dealing with diverse issues of network work good oral and written expressability and negotiation experience Knowledge of general administrative law is advantageous Knowledge in the field of early aid and/or the target group are advantageous Experiences in the event organisation or lecture activities are advantageous
