In the Working and Social Security Group, we analyze labour law issues from an entrepreneurial perspective and work together with our clients to develop practical solutions with clear recommendations for action. In this way, we help our clients not only to negotiate balancing interests and social plans. In all questions of social security law, our experts support: within the social security insurance team any questions of our clients.

Large-scale projects, medium-sized enterprises or municipal enterprises: In our integrated consulting projects, we work in Mixed Teams with colleagues from other practical groups as well as business operators:inside, strategy consultants:inside and tax professionals. Depending on the project, your team is also composed across countries, so that our working languages are both German and English. This is why we focus on good cooperation and good project management – across locations and career levels. For our Legal Solutions business unit, we are looking for you as a senior lawyer (w/m/d).

Expertise – You advise national clients with the focus of re- and restructuring in all transaction-related issues in the field of labour law with a focus on refurbishment and HR. The management of large interdisciplinary transformation projects is familiar to you. You know how to work compliance. Project Management Competence – You conduct national and interdisciplinary teams of lawyers:inside, business consultants: bundle communication with the client and conduct independent negotiations with employee representatives. HR Technology – You accompany IT transformation projects and work together with us to develop methods for digitization and partial automation of our services. Mandant contact – You stand as a competent:r and trustworthy:r interlocutor: also on site.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina.

You bring at least five years of experience in transformation-related labour law, ideally with knowledge in insolvency labour law, as well as the title specialist in labour law and have first leadership experience.

Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.

You have an understanding of business economic relationships, the way in which the customers are treated.
