For an internationally successful mechanical engineering company in the Lindau area, we are looking for a CNC-Schleifer (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer with a long-term perspective.

Self-operating and guiding modern belt grinding machines Complete grinding of rollers in wet and dry grinding Creating, entering and optimizing NC programs Self-adhesive brushing of grinding machines Co-operation on the straightening press as well as on the application of roll coverings Implementation of quality checks within the framework of the plant self-control Measurement and quality control of the manufactured workpieces Regular machine maintenance according to maintenance plans Active cooperation in continuous improvement processes (CDP)

Praktikant (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Experience in self-configuring, retracting and optimizing grinding programs Ideally knowledge of DIN programming Technical understanding and experience in grinding technology or CNC machining Good knowledge of German in word and writing Independent, structured and quality-conscious working Ready to work in the 3-shift system
