Responsible control of the entire end-to-end order processing – from order acquisition to successful delivery Consumption, testing and processing of customer orders clarification of order blockages and processing of change requirements Monitoring and ensuring the timely order release Close cooperation with the fields of supply chain, logistics, sales and other internal interfaces Ensuring high data quality and compliance with defined process and quality standards in the order-to-cash process Support and support for automated processes, in particular in the Order Intake area Working with the continuous optimization and standardization of existing processes Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal and regulatory requirements

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Ideally, a further education to the specialist (IHK) or a completed study of the business administration or a comparable discipline At least three years of professional experience in customer service, order management or a comparable position Good knowledge in the fields of logistics, export management, customs and foreign trade, trade compliance and international trade and tax regulations Safe handling of complex business processes and pronounced quality and process understanding knowledge of German and English (at least C1); other foreign languages are advantageous High customer orientation and strong communication and team skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Flexibility and a holistic, process-oriented thinking
