As a production employee packaging (m/w/d), you are active in a dynamic production environment in 3-shift operation and make sure that products leave the plant on time and in perfect quality. You rely on accuracy, teamwork and a structured way of working.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of modern packaging machines
• ensuring quality of production through regular checks
• Cleaning and easy maintenance according to requirements
• Compliance and implementation of security policies
• Close cooperation in the team with clear goals and deadlines

We are looking for

For this position, you are just right if you like to take responsibility and feel comfortable in a dynamic production environment. First prior knowledge will support you when you start, but are not a prerequisite – above all, commitment and readiness to learn are crucial.

• First experience in packaging or production is desirable, motivated cross-comers are welcome
• Willingness to work in 3 layer operation
• Reliability, care and teamability
• Basic technical understanding and no scrubbing from machines
• Fast conception and physical loadability
