You support the development and maintenance of a central project portfolio for the UKB You capture, structure and analyze strategically relevant projects from different areas of the clinic You provide project information on status, appointments, risks, resources, dependencies and decision-making needs You create portfolio reporting, management tools, presentations and decision templates for corporate development, management board and portfolio board You support the assessment and prioritization of project ideas, project certificates and project applications based on defined criteria You coordinate information between project management, departments, business areas, clinics, institutes and cross-sectional functions You work on the further development of PMO structures, project management standards, templates and reporting processes with You support project management in the application of uniform standards and in the structured preparation of their project information You contribute to increasing transparency, liability and decision-making in the UKB's project landscape

Complete university studies in the field of healthcare, economy, health economy, management, project management, administrative sciences, organisational development or comparable First professional experience in project coordination, project management, company development, management/presidential support, healthcare consulting or a comparable environment Ideally experience in healthcare, hospital environment or complex interdisciplinary organisations Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and reliable operation Experience in creating presentations, decision templates, protocols, status reports or management documents Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence or Project Management tools is beneficial Impressed communication skills and joy in working with different stakeholders Organizational strength, accuracy and ability to keep a lot of parallel topics in mind Interest in strategic issues, clinical development, digitization, processes and project management Binding appearance, discretion and a good sense of addressable communication
