Head of Sales Controlling (m/f/d)

You act as a savings partner for management and sales management and translate figures into entrepreneurial decisions You support our CSO and the sales management in the preparation and implementation of negotiations You act business-oriented, adapt our corporate goals for your field of action and continuously optimize our processes; here you report directly to our CSO In your leadership role, you are coach, trusted contact person (m/w/d) and model for your employees You promote and drive innovation and improvements and recognize your responsibility to set up Häcker kitchens in a sustainable manner Ensure optimal use of tools such as Salesforce and Tableau in your area You control the day-to-day operating business with topics such as the association billing, the further development of our condensation systems and the establishment of meaningful and transparent monitoring

You are a controlling expert (m/w/d) with several years of professional experience and a completed economic study or comparable training You are binding, decision-making and communication-intensive in cooperation with different contacts (m/w/d) in the company and are also convincing in challenging discussions through your argumentation strength and sovereignty Ideally, you have already gained experience in the furniture industry and cooperation with associations You understand the needs of national and international sales and can translate them into effective controlling strategies With your view for the big whole, you can identify optimization needs and address them with readiness for change and consistency; digital projects are at your heart Their leadership is characterized by high sense of responsibility, empathy and sustainability You are reliable in German and English; Ideally, your language profile is complemented by good French skills
